想指定熟度：

👉 Scrambled eggs, please.
想嫩一點：Soft scrambled eggs, please.

👉 Fried eggs, please.

常見煎法：
🍳 Sunny side up＝不翻面、蛋黃朝上
🍳 Over easy＝兩面煎、蛋黃流心

💡澳洲生活小知識

🥩 在澳洲點牛排，你知道怎麼說幾分熟嗎？

來澳洲後才發現，原來點牛排這件事也有一個小小的文化差異 😂

在亞洲，我們很習慣說：

👉 牛排 三分熟
👉 五分熟
👉 七分熟
👉 全熟

但在澳洲，外國人是不會用「幾分熟」的數字來表示牛排熟度。

當服務生問你：

“How do you like your steak cooked?”

其實意思就是：

👉 「你希望牛排怎麼料理／幾分熟？」

最常見的說法是：

🥩 Rare : 一分熟，裡面還是紅的
🥩 Medium Rare : 三分熟
🥩 Medium : 五分熟
🥩 Medium Well : 七分熟
🥩 Well Done : 全熟

所以不要直接跟服務生說：

❌ “I want five percent.”
❌ “I want five degrees.”

😆 這樣聽起來會有點怪。

直接說：

✅ “Medium, please.”
或
✅ “Medium rare, please.”

就可以啦！

💡 小提醒：

「幾分熟」這個概念可以用來幫我們理解，但英文真正的說法是 Rare / Medium Rare / Medium / Medium Well / Well Done，而不是直接把中文的「三分、五分、七分」翻成數字。

下次在澳洲餐廳點牛排，服務生問：

“How would you like your steak?”

你就可以很有自信地回答：

👉 “Medium rare, please.” 🥩😎

這樣就不會站在餐廳裡跟服務生大眼瞪小眼了 😂
