This week, Kinder Rogowski have been having lots of fun developing our numeracy skills through hands-on learning experiences. We have been practising counting and number skills using a variety of engaging resources, including board games 🎲.

Board games are also helping us develop important skills such as problem-solving, collaboration, turn-taking and good sportsmanship. We’ve loved learning, playing and working together! 🌟

Little bodies learn best through play and our kinder-gym sessions are the perfect place to do this! Each week we build onto our balancing, kicking, riding, bouncing, crawling and climbing skills.
Come and join the fun tomorrow, Thursday 3rd and next Thursday the 10th September in our gym!

Our Prep students had such a fun day out at Bunnings! They got creative in the workshop, using their imaginations to make their very own robots, dogs and characters. 🤖🐶
After all their hard work, we headed to the park for lunch and a well-earned play! 🛝☀️
A big thank you to Bunnings for having us and providing such a fun, hands-on experience for our Preps. We had a fantastic day!

Our garden has seen lots of students stepping up and helping out in kitchen garden. We have been planting seeds, learning about vertical gardening, measuring compost temperatures, and studying life cycles! We even started our own little mushroom farms to experience the life cycle of fungi.

In the kitchen we have loved making connections to home and have tried a few recipes students have brought from home and researched themselves. A few students are working to become knife skills experts and we are now progressing to learning about some fermentation!
