4 weeks into my experiment and am loving the things that it's showing me.
This week I noticed something subtle.
Nothing was actually wrong but I was still holding tension.
Trying to stay on top of everything.
Managing outcomes.
Keeping things moving.
And underneath that, I was tired.
Sound familiar?
For me, the shift didn’t come from doing more.
It came from softening.
From pausing.
From letting go, just enough.
And it reminded me:
I don’t need to control EVERYTHING to feel steady.
I wrote about this in this week’s Pause: what I noticed, what changed, and the patterns that are becoming clearer.
Where are you holding on… instead of allowing things to unfold?

This was a week of trying to stay on top of everything. On the surface, I was organised.
