The Lemonade Stand Learning Centre The Lemonade Stand Early Education is a boutique long daycare Learning Centre on Bribie Island for children aged 15 months to 6 years.

The Lemonade Stand is a place to laugh, learn, grow and value each family and the local community. We cater for children aged 15 months to 5 years. Our Kindy accredited program is taught by Bachlor quailified teacher. All meals are prepared and cooked onsite. The Lemonade Stand’s smaller size enables us to support the individual needs of every child in a warm, friendly and nurturing environment. T

he centre offers full-day, weekly and half-day bookings with trained, professional and experienced staff providing consistently high-quality care. We are offering all new enrolments the first week free! We look forward to speaking with you and showcasing The Lemonade Stand. Throughout the morning, children explored, created, and laughed together β€” building towers, sharing ideas, and helping one another problem-solve. It’s always so special to watch friendships bloom and confidence grow through positive, child-led play.

Today was full of fun, creativity, and sensory exploration! 🎨🧼🌈

We began our day with an exciting car washing sensory experience πŸš—πŸ’¦, where our little friends had heaps of fun scrubbing and cleaning our very dirty toy cars. With water splashing πŸ’§, bubbles forming 🫧, and laughter all around πŸ˜‚, the children worked together, building motor skills and engaging in meaningful social play.

Afterwards, we cooled off with some free play around the yard πŸ›πŸŒ³, where imaginations ran wild and friendships continued to blossom under the warm sunshine β˜€οΈ.

As the football season draws to a close 🏈, we took the opportunity to explore our creativity by designing our very own unique football jerseys πŸ‘•βœ¨. Using a variety of paints and colours πŸŽ¨πŸ–ŒοΈ, the children expressed themselves freelyβ€”mixing, swirling, and combining different shades to create the perfect team jersey. Each design was a wonderful reflection of imagination and pride 🌟.

Later in the day, we transitioned into some calming sensory play with play dough πŸƒπŸͺ΅πŸ•·οΈ, where we added sticks, leaves, and bugs to create rich, textured scenes straight from nature. This experience also incorporated an Indigenous perspective, using natural materials that encourage respect for and connection to Country πŸ–€πŸ’›β€οΈ. The children used their imagination to craft mini-worlds, fostering storytelling, problem-solving, and cultural awareness through play.

It was a joyful day filled with messy fun πŸ˜„, creative expression 🌈, and meaningful connections with nature and culture 🌿🌍.

🎨🌊 Jellyfish Art & Learning Fun! πŸŒˆπŸ“š

We switched things up this morning and jumped straight into art time β€” because our friends were so excited to make jellyfish! πŸͺΌβœ¨ Everyone did an amazing job gluing and adding the jellyfish legs, using a picture to guide their creations. So proud of their crafty skills! πŸ‘

After art, it was time for group time β€” singing the ABC song, learning about colours, emotions, and counting with our number song. Of course, we loved starting with our Good Morning Song and reading some awesome stories! πŸ“–πŸŽΆ

Then… playtime! The sensory mats and toy kitchen were full of busy little chefs πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ and curious explorers. We even did some colour recognition games before heading outside after sunscreen and big drinks of water πŸ’¦β˜€οΈ

Today our little scientists had a blast with exploring all things fizz! From making their own bath bombs to creating lava lamps, fizzy eruptions, and even launching mini rockets πŸš€ β€” it was non-stop excitement!

They learned about chemical reactions, mixed ingredients, and watched their creations bubble, fizz, and fly! πŸ’«

And the best part? Dropping their bath bombs into water and watching the magic happen! πŸ›βœ¨

A short beach adventure for Beach Kindy

The sun was bright, the sand was warm.
Little feet ran to the shore.

Buckets filled, castles rose,
Shells and seaweed made funny nose!

Waves came splashing, cool and wide,
Tiny toes danced at the tide.

A crab peeked out, then ran away,
Everyone laughed β€” what a beachy day!

They found a tide pool, still and small,
With wiggly things and no splash at all.

Later, they found a treasure near wood β€”
A bottle with a note that said:
β€œKeep exploring β€” the world is good!”

The sky turned pink, the sea turned blue,
And off they went β€” the fun was through.

But the waves said soft and true:
β€œCome back soon. We’ll wait for you.”
