My Life Rulz and Living Wisdom exist for the same reason. To help people in powerful personal growth, developing resilience, life skills and a mind that is their friend. I am going to show my age for a minute! When I was young, (ever heard that before?) we listened to music via the Radio or the Hi-Fi (stereo) on vinyl. Over time, we advanced to tapes and you could even play them in your car! Then CDs - they were amazing but our favourites got pretty scratched. Then we moved to MP3 downloads and USB sticks, Apple Music, Spotify and so on. Hence, here at My Life Rulz, we have been giving away our Song CD's free.
