💫 A lot of fun was had at playgroup this week! The children had a bush camp out, made herbal mint tea thanks to Mr M and his wonderful garden project at Bray Park State School and completing some floral painting with natives flowers from our school.

Thank you to the Year 3s as well for letting us borrow their natural material bags from their Design Tech assessment. They fit in perfectly with our bush theme this week!

We saw children counting, sorting colours, sharing and taking turns, stacking and knocking over blocks exploring cause and effect as well as pinching, squeezing, rolling, cutting and sticking working on building their fine motor skills.

There are some lucky dads out there also receiving a beautiful piece of art of a crown! 👑

We had a wonderful visit this week from Nellie our Wellbeing dog at Bray Park State School.

Nellie is a big part of our school community so it was wonderful to have her join us at playgroup this week! I’m sure she won’t be able to stay away.

Thank you Mrs Leighton & Mrs Speirs for bringing Nellie down. We had lots of excited and happy children. 🐶

We had so much fun this week with our Pond theme at Sarara’s Play Pals Playgroup! Children were building, stomping, pouring, patting, building on sharing and turn taking as well as practising their counting and developing their fine motor skills.

Join us again next week!
