NAS TOURNAMENT - ROUND ONE 🥋🌟
Congratulations to Marcus Lyons, Andrew Williams, and Kito Godbee on competing in Round 1 of the National All Styles Tournament, held at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra.
Marcus achieved Gold in Forms and Silver in Continuous Sparring.
Kito earned Silver in Points Sparring and Bronze in Continuous Sparring.
Well done to all competitors for their efforts and for representing the club well. We look forward to seeing what Round 2 brings!

SPECIAL ACHIEVEMENT
Shanley has been extremely committed to his martial art since commencing his journey in 2024, his progress and improvement has been a direct reflection of this. Shanley’s dedication was recently acknowledged in class with an voucher. Well done Shanley! 🌟

A FRESH START
We marked the first frosty week with a session led by Master James Sheedy. It is always a privilege to learn directly from Sensei Jim.
Two and a half hours in 2-degree conditions; strengthening both body and mind, while taking away valuable insights and sharpening our technical understanding.
