Girls Write Now re-cap!
Year 7 students recently joined author Kate Foster for an engaging discussion inspired by her novels The Bravest Word and Paws. They explored the importance of caring for their brains as well as their physical health, learned to recognise when they or their friends may need support, and discovered that seeking help is a sign of strength.

Students in Years 7-10 recently took part in an engaging workshop with graphic novel publisher and local author-illustrator Bethany Loveridge. Through the session, students discovered the key features of graphic novels, explored how text and images work together to tell compelling stories, and learned what makes a story successful in a visual format.

Students recently took part in an inspiring songwriting workshop with acclaimed songwriter Alys Ffion. Through exploring melody, lyrics and the fundamentals of songwriting, students were encouraged to express themselves creatively and build confidence in their ideas.
