My own business is no longer running,but I’m so thankful to all the incredible women who believed in me,trusted the process of training their bodies & showed up each week!

Why did you decide to do personal training?
After undertaking physio in the recovery from a broken foot, I was keen to re-establish some fitness pots COVID as well as manage mid life better through weight bearing exercise. I knew that I would be pretty hopeless at building and maintaining a routine by myself, so PT was the right answer for me. My physio and lots of other people told me that Sam is one of the best PTs out there - and they were definitely right!
