Looking back through a bunch of course photo's I found and WOW!
I've done a lot and been able to work with some amaizing people in the industry!
I'm greatful for the learning I have put myself through, school was never a strength for me but being in the fitness industry has taught me an education i have been able to understand and with the lessons (the good, bad and ugly) i have been able to use in life and improve others lives as well, this makes me happy.
The people I have met along the way have been a bonus and knowing I can go to any of these people in these photos for advise on almost anything makes me feel confident in the industry as together there are hundreds of years of experience here!

But there is still really just one teacher and friend who still to this day after about 7 years now still challenges me, calls me out on my BS, believes in my greatness and pushes my thinking and also a right pest at times and who I refer to as my "Grandpa" because of his old man wisdom, dirty jokes (I do also learn plenty of industry knowledge from him but not without banter), This would be Mark Buckley. Thanks for always believing in me!
Without all of these people involved in the courses I have done I would not be the Coach I am today and this for my clients means that they get SOOOO much value!
Truly greatful 🙏 for you all along the last 8 years of learning to be the best I can be as a coach.

It's Amaizing What Can Be Achieved In Just 12 Weeks!
My superhuman client has achieved so many changes and hit goals he never thought he would be able hit. We have managed to keep away from aggravating a small niggly injury as well.
He started at 81kg and down to 78kg but the difference in scale weight auctually doesn't matter because the change in body shape and the amount of muscle growth far out weigh the care about the scale number!
He's healthier, happier, fitter and more energetic!
🙏 No radical diets or food restrictions
💪 No crazy unachieveable workout plans, just remained consistent and trusted what I mapped out for him.
😇 He asked questions about everything from food, exercise, lifestyle and I coached him around the answers that would work in with hs lifestyle.
There is no one size fits all plan, just the plan that works in for you that is easy to execute with your lifestyle.

Next for are those washboard Peter Andre Ab's he has been dreaming of recently!
The training is serious but the discussions are always fun with Chris, he is coachable, consistant, never misses a session no matter how much he has going on and he always makes those appointments for himself outside of his sessions with me.
Recent Achievements:
Squat 110kg
Leg Press 270kg
Deadlift 105kg
Bench Press 70kg
Getting stronger every week!

Calling all Parent's!
Do you want to know what PT's always see your teen's doing in the gym?..............
Yes kid's i'm dobbing you all in!
- Attempting to lift weight well outside their capability
- Teens using the gym as a social gathering like they do at Maccas!
- Lifting technique's that can cause serious injury............ trust me, i have had my fair share of rehabbing many teens because of this!
- Teen's asking advise from your biggest bro in the gym who is buzzing through their lift worked up from their pre workout chemical s**t storm drinks and the advice i hear them giving your teens is ............"Drink your pre workout, grunt through your exercises, then drink your protein powder, i use this "insert shiny label brand as this person is an ambassador with financial kickback"........
This doesn't sound like a great environment for your teen to start in does it?...................
These are just a few things the teens get up to!
This is why i have group training specifically to set up your guy's and girl's for success and a healthy relationship with their training in the gym.

"Self Care"
An interesting topic getting around social media's that I'd like to debunk for you:
What most of you think is "self care":
❌️Bubble baths
❌️Chocolate & Cheat Meals
❌️Getting hair and nails done
❌️Netflix and chill
The thing I find interesting after conversations with many clients over the years is this mentality for a lot of people auctually does not make a person feel refreshed, better, more motivated, happier or driven to do the things they love or want to achieve.
What "Self Care" auctually is:
✅️ Healthy Food Shopping to set you up for a successful week of eating to keep you feeling good
✅️ Planning and prioritising time dedicated to each goal you have so you know you are working towards what you really want
✅️ Taking time to stretch, foam roll your body to iron out the DOMS from workouts or little body niggles you have going on
✅️ Instead of watching Married at first sight as entertaining as you think it may be, watch or read something educational that will bring something usefull to your life
These are just a few things I work with each week to keep me on track as much as i can.
Self Care is about creating a life you want not procrastinating in mindless BS which wastes time you will feel guilty about losing.
Enjoy life by what you create as nothing comes from what you procrastinate ✨️
