The lack of timely and effective feedback is a common problem that students encounter in the process of learning mathematics. When they learn new content, the abstract nature of the concepts and principles is gradually understood through a lot of practice, which is the process of sorting out knowledge, establishing logic and perfecting newly learnt methods. MarsLadder is currently seeking to employ Academic Specialists to participate in the expansion of the question bank for years 7 to 12 mathematics, with a focus on VCE mathematics (Methods and Specialist) at the higher levels. Full time, part-time, and contractual positions are available to suit your needs.
Academic Specialists must have achieved excellent VCE mathematics study scores and a passion for education. Please include proof of study score/ATAR with your resume.
For full-time and part-time positions, you will be working fixed hours at a fixed rate at our headquarters in Box Hill, whilst the contractual position will be fully online with flexible hours, and compensation calculated solely based on the number of questions composed.
