he ultimate celebration of German culture and language - specially organised for all Queensland schools teaching German! If you can't visit Germany then this is the next best thing - the tastes, sights, sounds and whole ambience is something that every German-language student and teacher should experience.

Today we should have all been dancing the Fliegerlied together at Oktoberfest for Teens. We are missing seeing the excited faces of students and teachers immersing themselves in German language and culture at our very special event. We can't wait to welcome you back soon...
It is with great sadness that the Oktoberfest for Teens team announces the cancellation of our event for 2020. Due to the range of restrictions on excursions, and gatherings more broadly, paperwork required and financial implications the student event is unfortunately not viable this year. It is terribly sad to miss this awesome student event, but hopefully Oktoberfest for Teens Brisbane will be back better than ever in 2021.

Bald ist es so weit! Tomorrow evening is the Anzapfen - the official opening - of Oktoberfest Brisbane and soon we will be dancing the Fliegerlied, eating Brezel and celebrating just like they do on the Wies’n in München.
