We are excited to finally announce our THIRD Guest Panelist:

Liege Louro is the Senior Quality Engineer for Acushnet Company, the manufacturer of the Titleist Golf balls.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, with an MBA in Quality Management. She is a Senior member of ASQ, and is certified both as CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) and CQA (Certified Quality Auditor). She has been in the Quality field for about 20 years, having contributed to the Quality of businesses such as BASF, Braskem (formerly Rio Polimeros), ABB Snamprogetti Consortium in Rio de Janeiro, GreatPoint Energy, Becton and Dickinson and Acushnet Company.

Liege speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish and knows basic French and Italian. Passionate for technology, and a mother of a 7-year-old daughter, Liege enjoys playing golf on her free time.

We are excited to finally announce our SECOND Guest Panelist:

Alberto Villalobos is the Quality Assurance Manager for Procter and Gamble Grooming Business in the Americas.

His responsibilities include the quality of the shaving razors manufactured in North America and Latin America that are exported to more than 120 countries and territories. Mr. Villalobos is also leading Digital Quality and other initiatives for the Grooming business globally.

Mr. Villalobos started his career in Procter and Gamble at the Gillette plant in Mexico City as a Quality Engineer and moved to the World Shaving Headquarters in South Boston where he has worked for the past 18 years. Mr. Villalobos studied Chemical Engineering and complemented his education with a master’s degree in Quality Engineering from Iberoamericana University in Mexico City

We are excited to finally announce our FIRST Guest Panelist:

John Conner is the current North Atlantic Regional Director for ASQ.

John has been involved in Quality for 20 years in multiple different industries. He began in Quality for Texon in 1999. He was asked to fill the position of Internal Auditor and eventually became the Lead Auditor for the site. He has been involved with Quality ever since, holding positions from Internal Auditor to middle management to senior level management positions as Quality Manager and Project Manager.

He is also currently the Quality Analyst and Project Manager of Aero Fastener.
