Red Group thoroughly enjoyed their sixth Bush Kinder experience @ Wattle Park on Friday!!
So much learning going on and it was fun fun fun!!

Our kinder is having our annual Trivia night this Saturday 22nd August and we have an incredible item on auction which we just have to share far and wide.

A 2025/2026 signed Ashes Cricket bat is available as an online auction item. The auction closes at 10.30pm on Saturday 22nd August.

Now’s your chance to purchase a bit of history!! (all the money raised will go towards purchasing a new split system air conditioner and painting our pre-prep room)

Unsure whether your child is ready for school next year? We offer a program designed for children who need another year of kinder.

Our pre-prep group focuses on literacy (Milo Monkey phonetics reading program), numeracy and most importantly social skills.

Our program is offered from Monday- Thursday with a total of 30 hours of learning!

Exploring Space in Pre-Prep

Our Pre-Prep children have been busy exploring the wonders of space! We were excited to welcome Scienceworks for an engaging session about rockets and rovers on Mars.

The children observed simulated science experiments of how rockets launch. And they also had their first introduction to coding, learning how to program a robotic car.

Following their curiosity and interest, we set up our own pretend space station and have continued our learning through space-themed crafts, imaginative play and lots of conversations about space exploration.

We always welcome families in to do stay and play. This week two of our parents in Rainbow group spent some time with the children. Thank you to Anthony for reading to the children and Jenny for teaching the children all about the role of a doctor. We love having families come visit us!

On the 24th July our Red group had the Cool 4 Kids incursion and they taught the children all about how to respond to an emergency and basic first aid strategies. They all learnt so much while having fun!

What a busy week at kinder!
Rainbow group welcomed Harold the giraffe and they learnt all about their emotions and feelings.
As part of our 4 year old focus on community, our Pre-prep and Red group children had the police come visit and teach them about how their main focus is on helping people keep safe.

Our Red group children have embarked on their bush kinder excursions to Wattle Park. A highlight of the term for children and staff alike.
Thanks to a bush kinder grant we have managed to purchase some lovely new outdoor clothing for the children, a porta toilet and tent, a beach trolley and lots of buckets and pulleys!
We look forward to see what adventures the children will have for the remainder of their visits this term❤️

We learnt all about Leaf insects at kinder! A big thank you to Kelly @ PlayStation who gave us two magnificent female leaf insects.
The children have come up with some names: Rosie, leafy, lightening, crunchy & bouncy.
They eat gum leaves and rose leaves.
We have to sprinkle water on the leaves and that’s how they get their food and water!!
