Meet Andrea - 🔥🔥 Originally from Italy, I began my career as a casino dealer, working across the UK and on cruise ships before settling in Australia in 2015 to pursue my passion for fitness. Since then, I’ve coached group training, managed a gym, and returned to full-time personal training—where I thrive most.
With a background in calisthenics, trampolining, climbing, and football, I’m always chasing skill development—whether it’s muscle-ups, handstands, or even learning to backflip (yes, there’s video proof). I believe in leading by example and living a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
Currently studying Cert IV in Training & Assessment, I’m passionate about mentoring the next generation of fitness professionals and staying at the forefront of performance science through experts like Charles Poliquin, Andrew Huberman, and Andy Galpin.
I centre my coaching around the 8 Pillars of Health: Sleep, Sun, Movement, Stress, Relationships, Nutrition, Gut/Oral Health, and Spiritual Connection—because results come from the whole picture.
