Cost $13 - $40 per day for hours 8am-3.30pm. We are closed for all Public Holidays and School Holidays. Fees are not payable during these times. Staff:
Our teaching staff are fully trained, and committed to providing a high quality program for your child. Correct staff to child ratios of 1:10 are maintained at all times. We employ 10 staff across the week with a variety of qualifications that exceed the expectations of the National Quality Standards and Regulations. All primary contact educators hold a current First Aid Certificate including qualifications in the management of asthma and anaphylaxis. Our Program:
Your child will engage in a wide selection of developmentally appropriate and interest based activities during their time at preschool. Our program is based on the Early Years Learning Framework and is driven by our observations of children. Outdoor activities include; bikes, obstacle course, swings, climbing equipment, water play, sandpit play, gardening, etc. Indoor activities include; block and construction play, puzzles, playdough, craft and painting, cognitive activities, home corner, quiet corner, multicultural area, literacy area and taking care of our pets, rabbits, stick creatures, fish, frog and bird. Children are divided into five groups for story time which occur once a day for 15 to 20 minutes. Music Groups:
Throughout their day, children also participate in a 15 to 20 minute music and movement lesson. Transition to School Program:
Our service has a comprehensive and successful transition to school program to help make the transition from home to Kindergarten a positive and happy experience for both children and families.
