Based on the philosophy and indications given by Rudolf Steiner, Little Folk provides holistic, play based programs for children from birth to school age in a joyous and welcoming environment. Little Folk offers parent-child play-based programs for children from birth through seven years. Rooted in the philosophies of Rudolf Steiner and mindful parenting, our mission is to support parents on their

journey to raising conscious children. When you join Little Folk you will be welcomed into a caring community of families seeking to nurture our children, allowing their spirits to unfold organically within a natural, warm environment. Our classes are held within a private wetlands sanctuary on the southern Mornington Peninsula. Our home room is warm and inviting with beautiful, organic open ended play materials and home-cooked biodynamic snacks, providing a safe and sacred space for your children to experience the treasures of joyful play and familiar rhythms. We provide consistent daily, weekly and seasonal rhythms for the children to rely upon and develop within. Through this the children can run, play, rest and explore as positive educational foundations are laid for their future. Places are filling up quickly for Vital Years 2026 in July, with two workshops now fully booked!

Dr Michaela Glöckler and Rev Hartmut Borries have their plane tickets and we are eagerly anticipating their lectures and work with us across the four days of the conference at the Melbourne Rudolf Steiner School, commencing on Sunday, 5th July with Hartmut’s opening lecture and a festive evening, and ending on Thursday, 9th July with Michaela’s closing lecture.

This is a wonderful opportunity to enrich your work with young children and to connect with colleagues, and lecture content will meet all those working in the early years and lower primary school, with workshops to meet all interests.

We look forward to seeing you in Naarm in July.
