If your shoulders always feel tight—even though you regularly stretch them—the problem may not be a lack of flexibility.
Most traditional strength exercises train the shoulders through a limited number of straight-line movements. But your shoulders are designed to rotate, circle and move freely through three dimensions.
In this video, I explain:
✅ Why shoulder tightness often keeps returning
✅ The difference between having range and being able to control it
✅ Why strength training alone doesn’t always make the body durable
✅ How clubs and maces train the shoulders through rotational and circular patterns
The aim isn’t simply to become more flexible. It’s to build strong, mobile and resilient shoulders that can confidently handle movement from every direction.
