Lest We Forget 💐
I spent my Anzac Day watching the sunrise over the beach, remembering and paying my respects to the fallen heros.
🌻The Anzac Spirit has been carried on this week at E.M
🖌🎨 We made a sunrise picture using paint and watercolour pencils. This lead to experimenting with water and chalk when we discovered this changed the consistency and colour of the dry chalk.
🫓 We all got involved with making delicious Anzac biscuits helping to measure out and mix the ingredients together.
🧸 The story of Anzac Ted was read with great emotion and respect.
🇦🇺 We looked at the map of Australia puzzle, looking the our different states and where we are in NSW
🦘 And explored some Australian animals

Happy Easter to all! 🐣
Here at E.M we celebrated the days leading up to Easter with a range of fun filled activities.
💛 We used the calendar to help count how many days left until Easter.
💛 Practiced fine motor and manipulation skills to create craft, catering to our different abilities
💛 The Easter Bunny made a visit and left some eggs hidden around for us to hunt
💛 Read a special book about a Bunny, teaching us to always be ourselves
💛 Danced to Easter songs
And made so many more special memories together

E.M hopes you all had a wonderful Christmas filled with love, joy and laughter 🎄 ✨
As this is the time for giving, may we think of those who find this time of year more difficult...
I'm glad I found Central Coast Disaster Relief - CCDR a couple of days before Christmas to donate essential food items, toiletries and Christmas day goodies to.
This was by far the most satisfying gift I gave this year 💛
