FATHER’S DAY BREAKFAST

What a wonderful morning we had in the sunshine celebrating our amazing dads and father figures at our Father’s Day Breakfast.

There were plenty of happy, smiling faces, delicious bacon and egg rolls, and lots of special moments shared together. It was lovely to see our students enjoying time with their dads in the playground, making memories and sharing lots of laughs.

Happy Father’s Day to all the wonderful dads, grandfathers and father figures in our school community.

GROWING HOPE, PROTECTING CREATION

Today, our Year 6 students proudly attended the Blayney Eco Hub for the Tree Protection Launch.

In a beautiful celebration of the World Day of Prayer for Creation, our students took part in a special liturgy, reflecting on our responsibility to care for God’s wonderful creation.

We then got our hands dirty and planted trees, helping to make a positive difference in our local environment.

A wonderful day of faith, leadership and caring for our common home.

OUR SYMPHONY OF STORIES

Our Book Week Parade was a wonderful celebration of stories, imagination and creativity!

From favourite characters to magical creatures, our students brought the pages of their favourite books to life.

There were plenty of smiles, colour and storytelling magic as we celebrated this year’s theme, ‘Symphony of Stories’.

A huge thank you to our families for the time and creativity that went into the amazing costumes!
What a spectacular symphony of stories we created together.

WELLNESS WEEK: STRONGER TOGETHER

What a wonderful way to celebrate Wellness Week at SJCPS! With the message “Bully No Way: Small acts = big impact” at the heart of our week, students have been focusing on kindness, inclusion, friendship and looking out for one another.

Students created Kindness Cards, spreading positive messages and brightening someone’s day.

A huge thank you to our wonderful P&F for treating everyone to delicious chicken goujons, which was a very welcome surprise!

After a busy five weeks of learning, growing and making progress, it was lovely to pause, connect and focus on our wellbeing.
