We are a Performing Arts Academy offering classes in Classical Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary/Modern, Hip Hop, Singing, Tinytots, Stretch/Conditioning and Adult Tap, Jazz & Ballet/Contemporary. BAPA is a place where you can come and feel comfortable - no matter what age or skill level, where you can make new friends and be taught by friendly, experienced, qualified and passionate teachers. We pro

vide a safe, discliplined, yet fun dance environment where students can aim to reach their goals. You can dance just for fun and fitness or if you are a serious dancer who wants to train and learn many styles of dance - you are looked after as well! Our performance classes enjoy competing in eisteddfods and performing at shows and many have the goal of pursuing a career in dance. We love what we do and strive to pass on our knowledge and creativity to our students. Blakehurst Academy has a strong sense of community with parents and students continuously making new friends with each other and working together to keep BAPA strong. We love our dance community and welcome new people with open arms. :)

RAD BALLET EXAMS 🩰
At the end of 2025 these BAPA dancers went straight from the stage to their RAD Ballet Exams. We are so incredibly proud of these beautiful ballerinas and all of the hard work and efforts throughout the year - their exam result truly reflect your dedication.
We are especially proud of our Pre Primary ballet students who completed their very first ballet exam ever!
A very big thank you to our ballet teachers Miss Talia and Miss Danni for you dedication and sharing the love of ballet to our students 🩰
