Mindful Kids Blackwood offers sessions for children which foster calmness, emotional awareness and empathy.
The sessions are based on the work of Janet Etty-Leal, a woman who teaches these classes in Melbourne at various schools (See about her work at www.meditation capsules.com) I have completed a course with her and I am also 5th year student with a meditation study group in Norwood. More often than not, the goal with nature-bonded parents is to strengthen connection, development, nervous system regulation and autonomy through specific word choice while ensuring a measure of safety.
