Today is the Winter Solstice.
The longest night.
The shortest day.
The low golden light.
The cold air that bites.
The way shadows stretch long.
This is the magic of being outside in every season — not just the sunny, easy days.
Winter teaches children that the world has rhythms. That darkness is part of the cycle. That stillness has something to say.
At Play Naturally OT, we lean into all of it. 🍂
