On the 31st July our preschoolers had their very first Little Library visit to Blacktown South Public School! 📚💚

We were warmly welcomed by Mrs Wood, who led a fun and engaging library session. The children loved listening to the story Where is the Green Sheep?, creating their own green sheep craft, dancing, and learning about some of the school rules.

It was such a wonderful opportunity for our children to experience "big school" and gain a better understanding of what they can look forward to next year. We are so grateful to Mrs Wood and Blacktown South Public School for making our first visit so enjoyable and memorable. We can't wait for our next visit! 🌟

🎪🐨 Circus fun for our Koalas! 🐨🎪

On Tuesday the Koalas enjoyed an exciting excursion to the Blacktown Workers Club to watch the amazing Circus Quirkus! As we carefully walked with their educators to the venue, the children chatted happily about how excited they were to see the silly performers and wondered what exciting tricks they would see.

When we arrived, the Koalas were thrilled to discover they were sitting right at the front, giving them a fantastic view of the stage. As soon as the performance began, the room was filled with laughter, smiles, and applause. The children loved watching the talented performers, giggling at the funny characters, cheering during the exciting acts, and clapping enthusiastically after each performance.

Throughout the excursion, the Koalas demonstrated excellent listening skills, followed safety expectations, and represented our service beautifully in the community. It was a wonderful opportunity to build confidence, strengthen friendships, and create lasting memories while enjoying a fun-filled morning of laughter, entertainment, and circus magic together. 🎭🤹✨
