Its always heartbreaking to hear of deaths on construction sites, especially when theres a chance it couldve been avoided..
Our thoughts are with all ivolved in this 2016 accident and the case following. Hopefully we can learn from these tragic circumstances and avoid future incidents like this freom happening.
