OUT NOW: ELMO’s 2021 HR Industry Benchmark Report
Following the second annual HR Industry Benchmark Survey conducted in partnership with the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) across Australia and New Zealand in September, 2020, we’re pleased to release the findings in a comprehensive report.
It’s fair to say that at the start of 2020, few would have predicted the turmoil to come. COVID-19 has fundamentally changed how organisations operate, perhaps forever. As organisations emerge from the chaos of COVID-19, the road to recovery will be reliant on HR’s access to data, and the ability to understand and make informed decisions from that data.
This report compares data from our 2020 survey against 2019 data, giving you insights on how the HR landscape has changed since the pandemic and enabling you to make data-driven decisions to better tackle the changing workforce in 2021.
