We’ll also be welcoming our Pre-Prep 2027 families for a special lunch under A Block — a wonderful opportunity to connect, meet our staff and get excited for the journey ahead!

A very special Students of the Week today as we celebrated two of our talented young artists! 🎨🏆

Congratulations to Ashton and Hudson, who were presented with their trophies from the Blackall Art Show after their outstanding achievements. 👏🎨

A huge well done to all of our Students of the Week — we are so proud of the effort, attitude and achievements you continue to show each week! 💙❤️

🎪 BLACKALL EDGE IN ACTION! 🎪

A huge thank you to our Year 10 students who volunteered their time at the circus yesterday! 👏
Our students put the skills they have developed through the Blackall Edge program into action, using their RSA qualifications to support the event and give back to our local community.

It’s fantastic to see our students developing real-world skills, taking on responsibility and showing that school and community are stronger when we work together! 💙❤️

📚✨ Book Week Persuasive Fun! ✨📚

Our students have been putting their persuasive skills to work this Book Week! They visited our Book Café, chose a favourite book and created persuasive posters to convince others to read it. 📖☕️

On Friday, some students proudly presented their choices to Mrs Hauff, sharing their reasons for why their book is a must-read!

We can’t wait to hear the rest next week and find out… who persuaded Mrs Hauff the most! 🌟📚

🍗🥢 Hands-On Learning Friday! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

Our Year 7/8 students got hands-on in the kitchen today, making delicious Teriyaki Chicken! 🤤

It was fantastic to see students developing their cooking skills, following a recipe, working together and, of course, enjoying the finished product!
👏 Great job, Year 7/8!

We’ve attached the recipe so families can have a go at making this delicious dish at home. 🏠🍴

🎨🏆 Student Success at the Blackall Art Show! 🏆🎨

Last night, Mrs Yaxley and Mr Green attended the Blackall Art Show on behalf of our talented student artists.

We were incredibly proud to walk away with two fantastic awards! 👏

🌟 Highly Commended – Hudson for his wonderful Starry Night creation.

🎨 Best Junior Art Piece – Ashton for his impressive recreation of the Mona Lisa.

Both students have done an amazing job and we are so proud to see their creativity and hard work recognised within our community.

We will proudly acknowledge Hudson and Ashton at Parade on Monday. 👏🎉

Congratulations boys — what an outstanding achievement! We are Blackall Proud! ❤️💙
