Its the old debate! Whats best?
grass fed grass finished or grain finished? Well to be honest it comes down to personal preference!
As we work directly with Arley Farm Speckle Park & are now our main supplier of body beef we are lucky enough to be able to source both, here's a perfect example, the quarter on the left is 100% grass fed grass finished, hence the yellow fat coverage and the quarter on the right has been finished with 100 days on grain hence the white fat coverage. Either way when the farmers puts this much effort into there stock you cant ask for any better.
