Some FAQ’s about todays FAIR DAY
• All stalls are cash only
• Most activities and will be priced between 50 cents and $5.00 with the exception of a few. Pricing signs will be clearly shown at each stall.
• Entry to the animal farm is $4.00 and is NOT included in the rides wristband.
• The silent auction tables will be opened at 5pm and will close at 7pm sharp. Items will need to be paid and collected by Monday 23rd October.
• A limited number of show bags are available at the fair so be quick to grab yours before they run out.
• Weve got dinner covered at the fair with lots of food available. Hot food will be available from the canteen, a BBQ located in the Food Court are and Nashy’s incredibly delicious Devonshire Tea will be served from the Art Room. There will also be a coffee van, fairy floss, snow cones and popcorn! Don’t forget to pick up dessert from the Cake Stall or grab a sweet snack at the Lolly Stall.
• Fair program and map will be found around the school during the fair.

Our silent auction has approximately 84 items all ready to go. Bidding will start at 5.00 pm and will close at 7.00 pm sharp.
All bidders MUST register to bid and will then recive a bidder number from our stall helpers. At the end of the auction winning bidders will be displayed on a board at the silent auction tables at approximately 7:30 pm. Our winners can then pay for their items at the Office before collecting their item/s from the silent auction tables. All items MUST be payed for and collected before Monday 23rd October 2017. Please note that this auction is also open to children (excluding any items containing alcohol)
