"I've tried everything and nothing works."

I hear this at least once a day from women seeking my help. Here's what I tell them:

No, you haven't. You haven't tried everything.

You've defiinitely tried A LOT, though.

You've tried every supplement that promises to support hormones.

You've tried every eating approach that promises to balance blood sugar.

You've tried every workout protocol that promises to shift weight in midlife and burn belly fat.

You've tried every adaptogen, every breathwork app, every reset, every detox, every cleanse.

All of them fall into the same category: Symptom management (but not necesarily effective symptom management)

None of them addresses what's actually causing the problems in your body.

Root cause work is a completely different category.

It doesn't ask what supplement to add. It asks why you needed any of the supplements in the first place.
