On Wednesday the 20th, Grade 4 students enjoyed an exciting excursion to the Melbourne Museum, taking their learning beyond the classroom walls. The day began with a visit to the IMAX theatre, where students watched an inspiring documentary featuring Jane Goodall and learned about the positive impact individuals can have on the world around them.
Throughout the day, students explored a range of fascinating exhibits, including the First Peoples Gallery, Melbourne Story, the Forest Gallery, and the new Our Wondrous World exhibition. The excursion was a wonderful opportunity for students to deepen their understanding through hands-on learning and discovery. Overall, the students had a fantastic day and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

This week Grade 1 students attended their Toys Over Time Incursion.
Students explored the histories, facts and design variables across a range of toy themes, and discover how toys have evolved by exploring their movements, cultural significance and their place and time in history.
It was wonderful to see them engaged and curious about classic toys they have never been exposed to, as well as some modern favorites.
