Making Writing Fun!

Learning to leave spaces between words is an important early writing skill, but that doesn't mean it has to be boring!

Our tutoring students love creating their own Spacing Wands to help them remember where one word ends and the next begins.
Not only are they a fun craft activity, but they also give students a hands-on tool to build confidence and independence in their writing.

When learning feels like play, amazing things happen!

We had an egg-citing day in our Prep Pathway class today as we explored the letter E!

Our little learners enjoyed a range of hands-on activities and had so much fun creating their very own egg crafts. From practising fine motor skills to building letter recognition, there were plenty of smiles along the way.

We definitely cracked the fun factor today! 🐣💛

Luna Roo has bounced her way into our hearts!

We have absolutely loved being part of the 2026 National Simultaneous Storytime 2026.

Throughout the week, all of our students have enjoyed reading the story together, sharing their favourite characters, and cheering on Luna Roo and her team every step of the way.

From giggles and discussions to creative activities and big imaginations, it has been wonderful watching our students connect through the magic of storytelling.

At Write Start Education, all of our tutoring sessions are personalised not only to support each student’s learning needs, but also their interests, passions, and personality too.

Whether your child loves dinosaurs, footy, drawing, animals, science or space adventures, we believe learning becomes far more meaningful when students feel connected to what they are doing.

By weaving their interests into sessions, we help build confidence, engagement and a genuine love of learning… because tutoring should never feel like a soggy worksheet sandwich.
