Natural Play Children's Centre is a boutique, Government supported Preschool and Day Care Service located in Berry, which caters for the educational needs of children aged between 2-6 years. We are licensed to care for and educate 25 children per day, aged 0-6 years. Our centre is staffed well over ratio with a highly qualified team of educators which includes a University trained teacher leading

the way! We are passionate and dedicated to providing high quality care and education to children in their most formative years of life, with a holistic and contemporary educational program and experienced teachers. Our environment is warm, nurturing and homelike and we ensure that each child is valued and cared for as an individual, much as they would be in their own home. We are open 8:00am-4:30pm Monday to Friday, 52 weeks of the year. We have an open door policy and welcome all families to come in and pay us a visit, however we would recommend making an appointment with our Director if you would like to receive a personalised tour of what we have to offer!

🌸🌿 Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea ☀️🌸

To all the wonderful mums in our Natural Play Children’s Centre community, and to our very own amazing educators who wear the mum hat too, we thoroughly enjoyed sharing a very serene afternoon tea out in the sunshine with you all this week. 💐

Thank you for being the safe place your children turn to every single day. For the cuddles, encouragement, patience, strength, and unconditional love you pour into your little people - we see you, mamas, and we celebrate you today and always. 🤍

A huge thank you as well to our beautiful team for the love and attention poured into creating such special experiences for our families. From the thoughtful activities to the personalised take-home gifts, we are constantly in awe of your creativity, care, and dedication to making our community feel so loved.

2026 💖 FAMILY EASTER CELEBRATION 🎊🐇🐣

What a truly wonderful and magical afternoon we shared at Natural Play for our Easter celebrations! 🐣🌸

We were so lucky to be gifted with beautiful clear blue skies, making the perfect backdrop for our much-awaited Easter egg hunt in the gorgeous reserve space. The excitement and joy on the children’s faces was simply priceless as they ran out the gates to discover their treasures 🥚✨

Our day was filled with so many special moments, from Easter cookie decorating, to an Easter-inspired sensory tuff tray, and painting in the sunshine 🖌️🎨

The Easter Bunny made a surprise appearance planting all the hidden eggs, sprinkling a little extra Easter magic for us all! 🐰🪄✨

A very heartfelt thank you to Primary for allowing us to use this beautiful space as an extension of our own yard. It truly is an invaluable resource that opens up so many more learning opportunities for our children 🌿

And to our amazing NP families, we really do love you! 💖 Thank you for always supporting and encouraging our team. You are truly the best bunch 🥰 we hope you all enjoyed a relaxing long weekend with your families ☺️

💛🤗 Celebrating Grandparents Day at Natural Play 🥰💛

Throwback to last Friday ~ when our centre was filled with extra love, laughter, and lots of cuddles as we celebrated some our favorite people, our Grandparents!!

It was so heartwarming to see our wonderful grandparents join in on all the fun, from story time, dramatic play, craft activities to outdoor play 🤩 The smiles on our children’s faces said it all! 🌸

There’s something truly special about the bond between grandparents and grandchildren, it’s full of wisdom, kindness, and the best kind of friendship. 💕 Watching them create, play, and share giggles reminded us that grandparents really are a child’s first and forever best friends.

Thank you to all the amazing grandparents who joined in on the occasion and helped make the day so memorable. We loved celebrating you! 💐📸

🎀 Pink Up Berry at Natural Play ~ 2025!! 🎀

What a wonderful month it’s been getting into the Pink Up Berry spirit here at Natural Play! 💕 Throughout October, our children have had so much fun dressing in pink from head to toe, creating beautiful pink crafts, and even squishing and shaping lots of pink playdough! 🎨💗

We’re so proud of how involved our families and little learners have been, it’s been wonderful to see everyone come together to support such a great cause and help our children feel very much a part of their community. 🌸

And the excitement isn’t over yet... we’ll be announcing our annual Pink Up Berry Raffle winners this week! 🎟️✨ and also finally announce how much we have collectively raised! 🙌

Thank you to all our amazing families for your support and enthusiasm, you’ve helped make this year’s Pink Up Berry celebration a huge success! 💖

🎉 Community in Action: Thank You NP Families 🌟

What an incredible show of support from our families and the wider community.

We’re delighted to share the success of the fundraising stall held by A Taste of Paradise, a Berry-based charity offering mentoring, horticultural training, and farm-based work experience to disadvantaged and at-risk youth (atasteofparadise.org.au)

❤️ A heartfelt thank you to all our families who generously donated goods — you helped make their first-ever stall a success.

🍰 Special thanks to Holly (one of our mums) who runs The Emporium Gourmet Café Deli on Queen Street, for your wonderful donation of baked treats—it truly added a sweet touch to the stall.

👧👦 Back at our service on Friday, the children had a hands-on, heartwarming experience: making rocky road and harvesting our own oranges. It’s these moments that show how giving back and community spirit can be learned from a young age. 🍊🍫

We’re so proud to support opportunities that let our little ones experience caring, generosity, and neighbourhood involvement firsthand.

When we come together as a community, wonderful things can be achieved! 🥰🤗

🌳🏃‍♀️CLIMBING TREES ISN'T JUST PLAY🌲🏃‍♀️ — it's a natural classroom where children build confidence, balance, and resilience. Each branch they conquer helps them grow stronger, braver, and more connected to the world around them 🙌.
Facing these risks will further aid them to be safer in other physical pursuit!
