It was a great joy to host morning tea today with some of our wonderful local pastors and ministry leaders! We were deeply encouraged to see the unity that is happening in our region and to be reminded of the hope we share in seeing Territory families flourish, in every way.

In the thick of navigating (the unceasing!) list of things a large organisation needs to work through, we're so grateful for moments like this - to lift up our eyes, celebrate God at work and 'stir one another up in love and good works'.

LIVING HOPE // A Recap: Over the Top 2026!
What an incredible few days!! 👏👏👏
For the first time in several years, our staff from all seven of our campuses gathered to connect, celebrate, learn and dream about the future. There was plenty of joy, great conversations, coffee, and a renewed sense of purpose as we strengthened relationships across our schools. As at every OTT, there was a unique sense of unity that is present when we come together in one accord☝️

Our theme, ‘Living Hope’ prompted reflection on our shared calling to keep Christ at the centre as we faithfully steward the vision that has shaped NT Christian Schools for almost 50 years. Together, we explored how we can continue to innovate, deepen learning and prepare students to flourish in a changing world.

We were privileged to learn from outstanding presenters including Sam Burrows (Christian Education National - CEN), Fiona Partridge (National Institute for Christian Education), and Darryl DeBoer (Centre for Advancement of Christian Education, Dordt University), whose insights challenged and inspired us to think deeply about Christian education and the transformational impact it can have on young people.

More than anything, Over the Top is an annual reminder that we are one community, united by a living hope and a shared mission to see every student encounter the life-changing love of Jesus. That plan has not and will not change.

THANK YOU to everyone who made OTT '26 such a memorable and inspiring event. Now here's to carrying that hope back into our classrooms, staffrooms and communities 🤜🤛

We believe every child deserves to be known by name, encouraged in their unique gifts, and supported to discover the path ahead.

We see education as a partnership with families - helping students grow in character, purpose and confidence, alongside academic learning.

Because the greatest measure of an education isn't only what a child knows, but who they are becoming.
