Hi OLOR community! 👋

As part of the upcoming 90th-anniversary celebrations, a special display of Year 7 jumpers (Year 6 from 2021) is being put together.

To make this timeline complete, the school is looking to borrow a few more! If anyone has a past jumper tucked away in storage at home, it would be wonderful to feature it in the display.

So far, jumpers from the following years have been generously provided: 1996, 1998, 2010, 2012, 2017, and 2019.

If there is a jumper available to loan, please drop it off at the front office. Thank you for supporting the celebrations! ✨

💜✨ Mirror, mirror on the wall... our Year 5/6 students are the kindest of all! ✨💜

In Wellbeing with Miss Martin, our students have been learning all about self-esteem and body positivity. As part of this, they wrote out positive affirmations—taking a few home, and leaving one behind to inspire others at school.

If you walk into the Upper Primary bathrooms, you'll now see these wonderful affirmations displayed on the mirrors to give everyone a little boost throughout the day! 🪞💬

As one student said: "When we're having a bad day, we can read it and feel better."

We are so proud of our Year 5/6 students for championing a culture of kindness and confidence in our school. You are making a huge difference! 🌟

🐘 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟯𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗶 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸! 🦏🦒🦓

From spotting amazing animals on the safari tour to stepping into the boots of a zookeeper (yes, that included picking up bison poo! 💩😆), our students loved every minute of camp.
The best part? Hanging out with friends, sharing laughs, and enjoying the adventure of sleeping away from home together.
Lots of fun, lots of learning, and plenty of memories made! 🌟🦁
