🌈🎉 GET READY, BERKELEY! OUR FUN RUN IS COMING! 🎉🌈

We are so excited to announce that Wednesday, 23 September 2026 is going to be one EPIC day at Berkeley Public School! 🥳

Our students will be taking part in an Inflatable Colour Fun Day with:

🏃‍♀️ Giant inflatable obstacle courses
🌈 Colour stations
🫧 Foam fun
🎶 Music & dance
🏆 Prizes & rewards
😎 And LOTS of fun!

But there’s an even bigger reason to get excited! 💙

💧 We’re raising funds to install a new water bottle refill station at Berkeley Public School, helping improve our school’s drinking water facilities for our students.

You're invited to our Book Week 2026 Parade: Symphony of Stories 🎶📚

Get ready to dress up and celebrate as Berkeley Public School comes alive with the magic of reading!

This year’s theme, Symphony of Stories, reminds us that every story plays a part-sparking imagination, inspiring creativity and taking us on incredible adventures.

Families are warmly invited to join us for our Book Week Parade:

Students are encouraged to come dressed as a favourite book character. We can’t wait to see the wonderful characters and stories that fill our school! 🌟📖

🌟 WOW – What a wonderful week celebrating Public Education and Inspiring Excellence! 💙

We loved welcoming our families and community into our school for our special Education Week assembly and open classrooms, celebrating our amazing students, their achievements and all they strive for. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the day so special!

📚 Books to Life also visited Berkeley with an incredible live adaptation of the CBCA-shortlisted book Being Indy. What a performance! Our students and staff were inspired, engaged and absolutely wowed!

👩‍⚕️👨‍🔬👷‍♀️✈️ We wrapped up the week with our “What I Want to Be When I Grow Up” Dress Up Day, filling Berkeley with future scientists, doctors, builders, pilots, nurses and so much more! A wonderful celebration of the dreams and possibilities of our students.

🐘 We were also fortunate to connect with Nan Tien Temple and their Seeking Treasure with Bodhi initiative. They generously gifted our school a beautiful set of meditation resources. Our SRC students and friends even had the special opportunity to meet Karen Hendricks, author of Seeking Treasure with Bodhi - such an inspiring experience for our young leaders!

What a week celebrating our students, our community and the power of public education!!
