Hi everyone, we hope you’re all doing well!
We’re excited to announce that Curtin Japanese Club is opening committee applications for Semester 1 🎊 If you hold any interest in Japanese culture and/or language, we’d love for you to consider joining our welcoming team 🌸🇯🇵
Available positions:
📱 Social Media
Create and design posts and stories promoting CJC events, sponsorships, weekly language exchanges, hangouts, and study sessions.
⭐️ Sponsorships
Communicate with potential sponsors and build partnerships that benefit the club.
🙋♀️ Hangouts
Assist in organising and running our weekly Wednesday hangouts, with fun themes centred around Japanese culture.
💬 Language Exchange
Help organise and run weekly language exchange sessions, coming up with engaging ways for participants to connect in both Japanese and English
(Proficiency in both languages is preferred for this role!)
*Application deadline is 2nd of March*

🏮JSS Matsuri 2025🏮
We're so excited to once again be hosting a guest stall at the .uwa Matsuri next Wednesday! On the UWA Oak lawn, we will be hosting a wishing tree where you can write down your wishes for the future alongside many other exciting stalls🎋
Best part is, it is a free event! So gather all your friends and come down to enjoy a fun night of traditional Japanese games and performances 🀄️🎎, delicious food 🍣🍙 and, of course, our wishing tree 💫. We hope to see you all there!!!
