🏃‍♂️✋ Hey Parents... Tag, You’re It! ✋🏃‍♀️

After a fantastic term packed with learning, laughter, sport, performances, excursions, science experiments and countless school memories, it's now your turn! 😄

The St Kevin’s team is handing over the baton (and perhaps a little bit of the noise!) for the holidays.

We wish all our students and families a safe, relaxing and enjoyable term break. Whether you're travelling, catching up with family, playing sport, sleeping in, or simply enjoying some slower days, we hope it is a wonderful time together.

Thank you for your continued support throughout the term. We look forward to welcoming everyone back refreshed and ready for another exciting term.

💙 Enjoy the break. 📅 School resumes in two weeks. 😊 See you soon, St Kevin’s families!

⚽💙 Good Luck to Our Year 5 & 6 Girls Soccer Team! 💙⚽

Next week, our talented Year 5 and 6 girls will proudly represent St Kevin’s at the Girls Soccer Tournament.

Over recent weeks, the team has shown great commitment at training, worked together as a team, and demonstrated the values that make us proud to be part of the St Kevin’s community. We know they will take to the field with determination, sportsmanship and plenty of school spirit.

Whether the result is a win, draw or loss, we are already proud of the way these students have prepared themselves and the courage they show by stepping onto the field to compete.

Please join us in wishing our girls all the very best for a fantastic tournament. We can't wait to hear about their experiences and celebrate their efforts when they return.

⚽ Go St Kevin's! ⚽

⛪💙 Farewell and Thank You, Fr Bradley 💙⛪

Today at 11:30am, our St Kevin's community will gather in prayer and thanksgiving as we celebrate a special Farewell Liturgy for Fr Bradley.

Over his time with our community, Fr Bradley has been a valued spiritual leader, walking alongside our students, staff and families through school liturgies, sacramental celebrations and moments of faith. His presence, guidance and commitment to our Catholic identity have enriched the life of our school.

As we come together to celebrate the Eucharist, we also take the opportunity to thank Fr Bradley for his service, ministry and the many ways he has contributed to the St Kevin's community.

We invite our families to keep Fr Bradley in their prayers as he begins the next chapter of his ministry.

"May the Lord bless you and keep you; may His face shine upon you and be gracious to you."

Thank you, Fr Bradley. You will always be part of the St Kevin's story. 💙

🧪🔬 Chris Harding Science Week is almost here! 🔬🧪

Next week, St Kevin's will come alive with curiosity, creativity and discovery as we celebrate our annual Chris Harding Science Week.

Named in honour of former St Kevin's staff member Chris Harding, this special week celebrates a love of learning, scientific thinking and the joy of asking "why?" and "how?". Chris was renowned for bringing science to life through hands-on investigations and inspiring students to explore the world around them. The Harding family continues to generously support this tradition each year, helping create wonderful learning opportunities for our students.

Throughout the week, students will be showcasing their Science projects, participating in classroom investigations, enjoying visits from the Harding family and celebrating those students who demonstrate a genuine passion and curiosity for science.

A highlight of the week will be our exciting Science Show on Thursday of Week 10, presented by Griffith University. We can't wait to see the amazement, wonder and excitement on the faces of our young scientists!

At St Kevin's, we believe today's curious learners become tomorrow's innovators, problem-solvers and changemakers.
