Inspired EC We are changing the world for children - training, resources & inspiration for educators & parents wanting to bring the magic back to childhood!

While our passion lies in nature based education and the importance of play in high quality environments, what really sets us apart is our approach to working with early childhood professionals. We do not believe that it is up to us, or anyone for that matter, to give all the answers. We pride ourselves on asking the questions and supporting educators to come up with their own answers. Just as we believe that children are competent, capable learners, able to hypothesise, problem solve and create - the same applies to the adults that we are lucky enough to work with. We look forward to working with you!

Reflective practice does not need to be polished. It does not need perfect handwriting, a long paragraph or a beautifully designed display. Sometimes it looks like:
A quick note on a post-it.
A question added to the staffroom whiteboard.
A voice memo after a team conversation.
A photo of ideas captured during a meeting.
One honest sentence written before the day gets away from you.

The important thing is noticing, questioning and using what you learn to inform future practice.
