We’ve had a fantastic few weeks of sporting fun at Camp Hill.

Our students enjoyed a Basketball Clinic run by Bendigo Senior Secondary College students and a special visit from the Melbourne Stars Cricket team. A big thank you to everyone involved in providing these fantastic opportunities for our students to get active, learn new skills and enjoy sport!

Another fantastic Short Circus performance on Friday! 🎪

A big thank you to Golden Square Kindergarten for coming along to watch, as well as all our parents, families and friends who joined us. We loved sharing the incredible skills of our talented students with you all!

For R U OK? Day we took some time to talk about feelings and the importance of checking in with others. Our F/1 students read a story about being happy and then drew themselves at their happiest. Our 5/6 students brainstormed different ways to ask “R U OK?”.

Students also enjoyed yellow nail painting and balloons at play time. It was wonderful to see so many students wearing a splash of yellow and helping spread the R U OK? message around our school. 💛

Our Grade 5/6 students represented Camp Hill at Division Basketball on Wednesday. Both our boys and girls teams played with great effort, teamwork and sportsmanship, with the boys winning 4 out of 6 games and the girls winning 2 out of 5.

A special mention to the boys for their impressive 36-point win!

Well done to everyone for representing Camp Hill so proudly and having lots of fun along the way! 🏀
