Today, Golden Square Primary School proudly celebrated NAIDOC Week, with students coming together in multi-age groups to learn about and celebrate the rich histories, cultures and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

We were also grateful to be on Country today, with the beautiful weather providing the perfect opportunity to learn and connect outdoors. It was a wonderful reminder of the importance of caring for and respecting Country, just as Country cares for us.

The day reflected our school values of Learning, Safety and Respect, as students explored First Nations culture, strengthened connections across year levels and celebrated together as a school community. 🖤💛❤️
