Our students proudly represented Weeroona College Bendigo at the Legacy Junior Public Speaking Competition, delivering thoughtful and inspiring speeches on social justice, the importance of volunteering, mateship and how young people can make a positive difference in the world.
Congratulations to Penny, Rylie, Zali and Danika who participated and represented the College so well.
A special congratulations to Danika, who was one of only two students selected to progress to the State Finals in Ballarat after her outstanding performance.
We wish Danika the very best as she prepares to represent our school at the next stage of the competition!
