Every child needs a team behind them.
Our new Catholic Education Sandhurst campaign is now live at Red Energy Arena Bendigo, one of Central Victoria’s largest sporting and entertainment venues.
With more than 1.17 million visitors each year, 150+ events annually and more than 6,000 children taking part in sport, Red Energy Arena is a place where families gather, communities connect and young people experience the power of being part of a team.
That same idea sits at the heart of our 52 schools. From the classroom to the playground, from learning to wellbeing, every child is surrounded by a team of teachers, leaders, support staff, families and communities who want to see them reach their full potential.

It was an exciting day at St Monica's Primary School with the official opening of two new spaces.
Families and special guests joined celebrations for the blessing and opening of a purpose-built Junior Learning Centre and a new administration building.
The whole school gathered for a Liturgy led by Fr Jophin, with students actively involved. The strong sense of community was clear, along with the respectful participation of students, particularly those leading the liturgy.
Following the blessing, guests toured the new Junior Learning Centre, offering contemporary, well-resourced spaces for early learners, along with the administration building, which creates a welcoming entry for families and supports the day-to-day running of the school.
Principal Jacqui Partington welcomed the new facilities, noting they provide the modern learning environments students and staff deserve, but emphasised that it is the people within them that make the school truly special.

Catholic Education Sandhurst (CES) has announced a significant milestone for families in Nathalia, with plans to establish a unified Foundation to Year 12 Catholic college from the beginning of the 2027 school year.
The new structure will bring both St Francis Primary School Nathalia and St Mary of the Angels Nathalia together under a single identity called St Mary of the Angels College F-12, operating across two campuses.
Executive Principal Bev Thorp welcomed the announcement as an exciting chapter for students, staff and families.

What does leadership development look like when every person can see a pathway forward?
In a new episode of School Leadership Matters podcast, host Darta Hovey is joined by Ashley Marsh to explore the development of a new leadership framework and the opportunities it creates for staff across our system of 52 schools.
