Today our instrumental students, led by Mrs Di**le, gave a fantastic performance to students in 2/3/4. It is amazing how far these beginner musicians have come in a short time. Students in year 3 and above who showed interest in learning took notes home with more information about signing up. We can’t wait to see how our instrumental program grows! 🎶🪈🎷🥁🪊

What a fantastic way to finish off our 4/5/6 camp!

Yesterday afternoon, students headed to Wild Cattle Creek for some outdoor exploration and fun, trying their hand at fishing, pumping for yabbies, exploring the rock pools and using nets to catch fish and plankton.

Today was all about teamwork, trust and perseverance as students took on rope games, trust exercises, group challenges and the low ropes course. There was plenty of encouragement, problem-solving and, of course, fun along the way!

Now that camp has come to an end, we hope all of our students have returned home with plenty of great memories and stories to share. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the camp such a fantastic experience. We hope everyone had an amazing time!

Camp update!

Day two of our 4/5/6 camp is going swimmingly! Students are enjoying another fantastic day of hands-on activities, including taking on the role of scientists as they explore the anatomy of fish. Some queasy tummies but all-in-all our students are loving it!

Camp Update!

Our 4/5/6 camp has gotten off to a fantastic start! Students have settled in and are already having a great time taking part in a range of exciting activities.
They’ve been working on building their social skills, resilience and persistence, while also developing teamwork and leadership skills. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the camp has in store!

Tomorrow is the day, 4/5/6 camp is finally here! We’re all very excited for what is sure to be a fantastic couple of days. Just a reminder that students need to be dropped off at Boyne Island Environmental Education Centre at 10:00am tomorrow, with pick-up at 1:00pm on Friday.

We hope everyone has an amazing, memorable and fun-filled time.

What a fantastic turnout we had today for our Book Week Dress-Up Day!

Our fashion parade was a great success, with so many fabulous costumes on display. Congratulations to our Best Dressed winners!

We hope everyone also enjoyed Mrs C's reading of One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish (especially with all of our teachers dressed as fish from the book!)
