Kinda Kapers is now taking enrolments for 2026 and 2027! Our family run centres have been operating in the Hunter, Lake Macquarie and Newcastle region for over 35 years, and we provide a welcoming and supportive environment for your child to feel safe and secure in their play and learning. Our teams are led by Early Childhood Teachers and Diploma trained educators, who value not only the importance of early learning and fostering skills for life, but also understand the value of forming positive relationships with our families and ensuring your children feel safe 🌻
Kinda Kapers Belmont has been operating for four years, with a dedicated team of educators - many with long-standing careers in caring for children - who provide a welcoming and nurturing space for your child to learn. We understand the high expectations that families have when placing their child in care, and endeavour to fulfill these. All meals are provided, and follow the Australian Dietary Guidelines and Munch and Move 🍎
At our centres, we provide age and developmentally appropriate learning experiences across all curriculum areas - Language and Literacy 📚 Numeracy 🔢 STEM 🔬Creative Arts 🎨 Physical Development 🏃🏾♂️Wellness and Wellbeing 🧘🏼 and Learning a Second Language 🇯🇵
We follow the EYLF, embedding the ‘Belonging, Being, Becoming’ practice into our everyday routine. We have an amazing school readiness program, which focuses not only on your child’s literacy and numeracy skills, but on their self-regulation skills and emotional resilience. We provide a safe space for them to develop kindness, empathy, and positivity for themselves and others, whilst also being aware of boundaries and personal space. We have a strong awareness of sustainability and protecting our world, and place importance on cultural awareness and celebrating the families at our centre. Our learning is documented and displayed, and learning goals emailed out on a half yearly basis. We allow for the ‘child’s voice’, and follow their interests - wherever they may lead! 🐸
