My heart is full 🫶

There was so much happiness, so many amazing outfits, so many smiling faces and so much fun had on the Bellerive dance floor ❤️

Thank you to those that attended on such a dreary weather night to groove, raise funds and awareness for R U OK? . The night raised over $500, a huge thank you for this great effort …..

BUT we aren’t finished yet….

To make this fundraiser as successful as we possibly can, I’ll be donating $1 for every participant who attends class this week Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 💗 ***reminder - no class Thursday!

Completely optional but let’s keep the good times going - If you’d like to wear something black or yellow feel free, and I’ll have mr piggy bank / card reader if you wish to make a personal donation, every dollar helps 🥰

😂 100% TRUE! 😂

This is me. You will find me red faced and looking sweaty Betty after every class - regardless of the intensity level! 🥵

I certainly don’t take myself too seriously and that is what class is all about - having FUN and letting loose! Expect hairbrush microphone singing, funny faces, over the top dramatised moves with whole lot of silliness and sass! 😹

I encourage everyone to do the same - spend 45 minutes of your day escaping the real world and shake it off! Dance like no one is watching, give yourself permission to let it all go and just let the music move you! 🎶

Come and join me in my happy place across Lindisfarne and Bellerive four days a week to let loose and groove on the dance floor - I know it can become your happy place too! 💃

There were new faces, returning faces and regular faces galore! What a wonderful group of groovers all out to have some fun - that’s what it’s all about! 🫶
