Welcome to the Honey Tree Preschool Bellbird! We are a modern childcare centre catering for 3-5 yr olds with extended hours for working familes.

The Honey Tree Preschool is a private, locally operated Preschool. It is a state of the art purpose built centre situated in the heart of Bellbird, adjacent to Bellbird Primary School operating from 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, for 50 weeks of the year! Our Preschool has employed experienced and trained teachers and child care workers. We are excited to have new resources and are proud to im

plement high quality learning programs incorporating the:
-The National Quality Framework (NQF)
-The Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
-NSW Curriculum Framework
-NSW Numeracy and Literacy Initiatives
-The Emergent Curriculum
The preschool caters for children aged 3-5 years and we provide high quality individual programs that promote all areas of early childhood development and school readiness skills, focusing on children’s strengths, interests and areas for development. The centre aims to promote a welcoming, relaxed, fun and friendly learning environment where children feel safe and nurtured while instilling "a love for learning" within children. The Honey Tree Preschool is excited to open its doors and provide a high quality Early Childhood learning environment for the Cessnock LGA and meet the demands for childcare places and extended hours of care for working families. 💛🐝✨ Last week was a buzzing adventure at the Honey Tree Preschool!

We were thrilled to welcome Ben the Bee Man from The Humble Hive Collective for our very first honey harvest from our native stingless bee hive!!! 🌺🍯🌸

The children were amazed as they watched the process, created their own flower bombs, tried on bee-safe outfits and even tasted honey from around the world 🤗🌍💛

It was a hands-on learning experience full of wonder, curiosity and joy — and we’re still buzzing with excitement! Make sure to see the video in the comments ⭐️🐝💫
