To our students and colleagues in the astrological community

Joy and Mari have, after 25 years of teaching, taken the step to close the doors of ASTRO MUNDI effective immediately.

We believe it is now time to hand the baton over to a new generation of teachers as we focus and develop our personal interests.

We want to thank you all for your support over the years and we look forward to continuing to be part of the astrological community through our written work and lectures.

The 12th house has always been considered a house of ill-omens and difficulty. As one of three houses that does not make an aspect to the Ascendant it has no “sight of the light”, a major factor that contributes to its difficult reputation. It is also known as the “house of one’s undoing”, where what is hidden or secret causes fear and worry. This online lecture will explore the nature of the 12th house and how planets in the 12th, and ruling that house, provide an insight - and sometimes a key - to unlocking what often seems to be insurmountable difficulties for the individual.
