Due to increasing enrolments and a growing waitlist, Bubs Early Learning is looking for a Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education, values genuine relationships with children and families, and wants to be part of a supportive team environment.

As our service continues to grow, we’re excited to welcome another educator who can bring their skills, experience and enthusiasm to our centre.

Essential requirements:
⭐ Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
⭐ Current Working With Children Check
⭐ Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
⭐ Strong understanding of child safety and professional responsibilities

💙 Do It For Dolly Day – Week Commencing May 5 💙

This year at Bubs we’ll be recognising Do It For Dolly Day across the whole week commencing May 5th💙

Throughout the week we’ll be encouraging everyone to wear something blue if they’d like to, and children are welcome to bring something blue along for show and tell or to use in our arts and crafts experiences 🩵

We’ll be doing a range of experiences and group discussions focused around kindness, inclusion, empathy, friendship, emotional safety and respecting boundaries, all linked to the EYLF learning outcomes around identity, wellbeing, communication and belonging 🌈

The children will also enjoy a blue afternoon tea, friendship activities and of course our favourite boundaries songs during group times 🎶

We’ll also be raising money for Dolly’s Dream, supporting bullying prevention and online safety for children and families 💙If anyone would like to contribute, you can do so via our page or ask one of the girls for help x

Mud Kitchen🫧

We are so incredibly grateful for the generous donations of pots, pans, and silverware from our wonderful community!

Thanks to your support, our mud kitchen has come to life and the children have been fully engaged in hands-on play before the warmer weathers are over. They have been using the resources for cooking experiences, exploring colour mixing, role playing, and even creating bubbles.
Turning everyday items into meaningful learning opportunities.

These experiences support children’s creativity, imagination, social development, and problem-solving skills, while also encouraging collaborative play and communication with their peers.

Bub’s Early Learning Centre is hosting a rolling Biggest Morning Tea to raise funds for the Cancer Council for the week commencing 18th May.

Our learners will be creating some of the delights, and parents and approved family members are welcome to pop in any day and grab a snack ☕🍰

If the timing lines up, you’re more than welcome to pop out into the yard and enjoy a snack with the kids too — usually between 9:30–10:30am and 2:00–4:00pm 😊

Join me at my Biggest Morning Tea or donate online to help me reach my fundraising goal! Together, we can help Cancer Council raise much needed funds.

Easter Celebrations🐰🐣

Today at Bubs Early Learning, our centre was filled with excitement, laughter and joy as the children took part in our Easter egg hunt! The children explored their environment, working together to search for hidden eggs and celebrating each discovery with big smiles.

Throughout the week, the children also engaged in a variety of easter themed activities, allowing them to explore creativity, imagination and hands-on learning experiences in meaningful ways.

These experiences supported children’s development through:
• Building social skills, teamwork and communication
• Strengthening fine and gross motor skills
• Encouraging curiosity, problem-solving and exploration
• Supporting wellbeing, confidence and a sense of belonging

🌿 Preschool Places Available at Bubs Early Learning 🌿

We currently have limited preschool spots available for children aged 3–5 years.

At Bubs Early Learning, our preschool program is child-led and play-based, while still gently preparing children for the transition to school.

We focus on building confident, capable little people by supporting them to:
✨ develop independence and self-help skills
✨ build friendships and social confidence
✨ problem-solve and think creatively
✨ grow emotional resilience
✨ develop early literacy and numeracy naturally through play

Our approach recognises that children learn best when they feel safe, curious and genuinely engaged — not rushed into formal learning before they’re ready. Through meaningful play experiences, routines, and guided learning moments, we help children develop the skills they need for school while still protecting the magic of childhood.

Our preschool room is led by Madi G, who is currently undertaking her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Madi is a kind, gentle and warm educator who builds strong connections with children and supports them to feel confident, capable and secure in their learning environment.
