🎸Bega and the Far South Coast please welcome internationally experienced musician and educator Alex Stuart.
A professional guitarist, bassist, composer and ensemble director with over 20 years of experience across Australia, France, Europe and India, Alex brings a wealth of musical knowledge and a passion for helping students discover their own creative voice.
Alex offers lessons in guitar, bass, improvisation, rhythm, harmony and contemporary music, catering for beginners through to advanced players. His teaching style focuses on building strong musical foundations, developing confidence, improving listening skills, and making music an enjoyable and creative experience.
With extensive experience directing jazz, funk, rock, reggae and contemporary music ensembles, Alex also specialises in helping students play together — developing musicianship, teamwork and performance skills.
Alex has taught at leading music institutions in Paris, worked within Australian school music programs, and directed ensembles for concerts. As a performing artist, he has toured internationally and released 5 acclaimed albums, bringing real-world performance experience into every lesson.
